Dr. Allison Boone is a warm-hearted speaker, passionate educator, innovative facilitator, and insightful coach, dedicated to transforming leadership development. On a mission to close the gender leadership gap in her lifetime, she believes we shouldn’t have to wait until *2154 to see true leadership equality.

Dr. Boone's research offers new insights into the current challenges and enablers of women's leadership identity development. Her trainings equip leaders with practical tools and actionable insights to implement immediately.

Blending scholarly research with interactive workshops and engaging coaching, Dr. Boone empowers women to lead thriving, impactful teams, departments, cultures, and organizations.

THE PROBLEM

Not all leadership development works for women.

Most programs were built for men in leadership, by men in leadership, based on studies of all male cohorts.

One woman’s experience is not every woman’s experience. There are many layers to womanhood in the workplace - and our trainings should reflect that.

It’s time to do things differently.

Centered Leadership is built on the radical beliefs that:

  1. Women deserve leadership training and development opportunities that are designed for them - taking into account the real-world challenges and opportunities women face in leadership.

  2. Great leadership starts with centering leaders, people, and purpose.

  3. Leaders persistently cultivate better self-awareness, strengths-awareness, and personal vision.
